Service Agreement

1. Interpretation

Customer ("you"): Person, firm, or company who purchases Services from the Supplier.

Contract: The contract between the Customer and 7788.tools for the Subscription Services in accordance with these Terms.

Intellectual Property: Means all patents, rights to inventions, copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

2. Basis Of Contract

2.1 A Customer's request through this Website for the provision of the Subscription Services constitutes an offer by the Customer to purchase the Services in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

2.2 The Customer's request shall only be deemed accepted if 7788.tools has received cleared payment in full of the relevant Subscription Fees, marking the Commencement Date.

2.3 These Terms apply to the Contract to the exclusion of any other terms that the Customer seeks to impose or incorporate.

3. Subscription & Services

3.1 7788.tools shall, during the Subscription Term, make reasonable efforts to provide the Services in accordance with the Subscription Plan in all material respects.

4. Customer's Obligations

4.1 The Customer shall ensure to use the Subscription Services, Website, and Content in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

4.2 The Customer shall cooperate with the Supplier and provide accurate information in a timely manner.

5. Charges & Payment

5.1 The Customer shall pay the total amount specified in the Subscription Plan via Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Club, Discover, American Express).

5.2 All Credit Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.

5.3 The Customer shall make the first payment immediately upon purchase and thereafter on the first day of each renewal period.

6. Term & Termination

6.1 The Contract shall commence on the Commencement Date and renew automatically for each subsequent billing period, unless terminated by either party with 30 days' notice before the end of the current period.

6.2 Either party may terminate the Contract without liability if the other party commits a material breach or goes into liquidation.

6.3 Upon termination, the Customer shall cease using the Services, and any licenses granted shall immediately terminate.
